"BIN" Lee should be not BING Lee
Spoke to salesperson Catalina who was helpful & professional and unfortunately all downhill thereafter. Dishwasher arrived following day, box was soaking wet all carton crushed inside out, I didn't accept delivery. Rings store ask to speak to Catalina (day off), put me on to Gus who put me onto Anastasia who put me onto Victoria, promise to ring back in 30mins. 3hrs later still no phone call. I ring back, after being tossed around yet again from one to the other, Natasha said another delivery Monday. Monday deliver arrived box smashed and dishwasher back panel all dented. I ring up, same same, tossed around from one person to the other, demand to speak to Dani, the manager, who promised to send another dishwasher Tuesday (as I had someone coming to install it Wednesday). No emails or msgs to confirm delivery on way for Tuesday (as they did twice before that). I ring Tuesday morning to check on delivery, Gus says no one here ring back, he didn't even want to know or speak to me, cut me off and hung up. Rang back again and was told Sydney strikes Gus is only one there, I told Gus cancel my invoice and my sale, I am not buying the dishwasher anymore from Bing Lee seeing I can't even get anyone to talk to me & organise someone to come and collect the damaged dishwasher, he reluctantly took the details and I thought that was it that it would all be sorted. Friday I get an email from Bing Lee asking for payment for dishwasher. I replied explaining (as per all the above), no reply. Now again I received another email early this week asking for payment.
Bing Lee, absolutely no words, customer service -100 and only no star rating applies and it's an understatement Shocking shocking woeful customer service
