I do not even want to give 1 star

I do not even want to give 1 star, as they dont deserve it.

twice I have attempted to buy a Panasonic Microwave at Carlingford Court, My daughter and I waited for someone to help us. We saw a young woman working near us and she said she would get someone for us as she could not serve us, she took off and we waited,waited,waited and no one came.so we walked out.

today, same store and same appliance we waited for someone, there was a man talking to another and they took no notice of us, along came a gentleman who worked at the back of the store and then someone came rushing up and said he would serve us. He took the price tags with him and came back and said it is the wrong price and we have to pay the dearer price. My son who is experienced about legality said no, we only have to pay the price that was shown, the man kept insisting on the dearer price, so we ended up walking out again. Never,never,never will I and my family will shop at a Bing Lee Store.

Stay away from Bing Lee!

(Added after Bing Lee PR Reply): Look at how PR safe Bing Lee answers this bad review. If THEY DEEM IT UNSAFE, what ever... Why could two OTHER people do it with ease? No I don't think it's worth HELPING Bing Lee to "rectify" their image, because they are just bad and trick people into using their services/products. No, it's pointless.
Easiest is to just AVOID Bing Lee and get a better experience elsewhere. Simple.

I highly recommend other companies with non-Australian owners. Why?
Australian owned is not usually a good thing at all these days, Proudly Australian Owned means lazy people, people who want to do the absolute minimum for the most amount of money.
Bing Lee is NOT the only company guilty of this trend!
I paid for full service and got 1% of the effort with my delivery. I got two really lazy and useless delivery people who just leaves my fridge in the parking, because they didn't want to lift it up AS WAS PAID FOR AND COMMUNICATED to Bing Lee Already!

They wanted to charge me an excess of $200+ JUST to take off the doors of the fridge and lift it up the next day...

I instead went on AirTasker, got two immigrants (Just like me) who were more than happy to help and could do it EASILY and QUICKLY in a few minutes without breaking a sweat...

Just Stay away from Bing Lee,
as soon as they get your money,
it's GOOD LUCK CHUCK and
F you as a customer.

"BIN" Lee should be not BING Lee

Spoke to salesperson Catalina who was helpful & professional and unfortunately all downhill thereafter. Dishwasher arrived following day, box was soaking wet all carton crushed inside out, I didn't accept delivery. Rings store ask to speak to Catalina (day off), put me on to Gus who put me onto Anastasia who put me onto Victoria, promise to ring back in 30mins. 3hrs later still no phone call. I ring back, after being tossed around yet again from one to the other, Natasha said another delivery Monday. Monday deliver arrived box smashed and dishwasher back panel all dented. I ring up, same same, tossed around from one person to the other, demand to speak to Dani, the manager, who promised to send another dishwasher Tuesday (as I had someone coming to install it Wednesday). No emails or msgs to confirm delivery on way for Tuesday (as they did twice before that). I ring Tuesday morning to check on delivery, Gus says no one here ring back, he didn't even want to know or speak to me, cut me off and hung up. Rang back again and was told Sydney strikes Gus is only one there, I told Gus cancel my invoice and my sale, I am not buying the dishwasher anymore from Bing Lee seeing I can't even get anyone to talk to me & organise someone to come and collect the damaged dishwasher, he reluctantly took the details and I thought that was it that it would all be sorted. Friday I get an email from Bing Lee asking for payment for dishwasher. I replied explaining (as per all the above), no reply. Now again I received another email early this week asking for payment.

Bing Lee, absolutely no words, customer service -100 and only no star rating applies and it's an understatement Shocking shocking woeful customer service

Bing Lee Fyshwick:
I went in to purchase a Dyson hairdryer. Sales person not what I would call helpful. Verified stock availability, collected and only confirmed the colour and promotion of the product after I queried it. Then it became this big issue because the computer didn’t work, continued to make a very loud and vocal deal about it. When the sale was finalized he decided that it was a good idea to slam his large open palm heavily and loudly on my newly purchased $600 dollar hairdryer.
Why anyone would think this is acceptable is beyond me. Bing Lee perhaps some education on customer service and the handling of goods might be in order.

Terrible servuce

Terrible servuce. I bought a new LG fridge for 2600$ and it was delivered with damaged 2 dents on the main doors. I asked for a replacement and they said it's better that LG comes o site and replace the doors. How long will that take? Very low response via email.

Save yourself the time and money

Save yourself the time and money. Selling broken items with out of date coffee as the bundle, to then take the item back with no refund and no date of return of the item. Can I call the police for stolen goods? Because that’s all these crooks do. First time and last time buying. DISGUSTING! Oh and customer service number doesn’t work. But don’t worry when you get a hold of someone they don’t even know how to do anything anyway.
UPDATE: AFTER the message below I emailed Bing Lee on the email the offered. They have just ignored me. They now are withholding my goods and have given no update on repair or refund. I am going through consumer affairs as this business is a scam.

The worst customer service I've ever had, hands down

I went to this store because it is conveniently located, but I would rather drive to the moon than return here. I have never been spoken to in such a discourteous, sexist, outright rude manner. I'm still reeling from the experience. Not only was the service disgraceful, the store was a mess! Save yourself the trouble and go straight to Harvey Norman!
